Guest rule book.

The rules to be observed in our B & B are not only those enshrined in law, but especially those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Booking.

You can book your stay at the B & B in advance up to one month, by email, or fax, sending copies of the documents of people staying in the tree, and sending payment through a bank transfer. upon confirmation of availability will be sent payment references. in this way you have a guaranteed booking.

The customer that for misuse, negligence or carelessness goes damage, its equipment or to objects in use, they will be charged the appropriate amounts for repairs , substitutions and housekeeping. To shrink ensured we will proceed according to law.

General Rules.

The delivery room is planned from 13:00 until 20:00, except for different needs of our guests; It will be a welcome communication from you regarding your arrival time and delays.

Upon arrival in the B & B must be delivered identity documents (passport, identity card) valid passport required for registrations provided by law.

Failure to observe this obligation constitutes a violation of the criminal code and standards allow us to call for the immediate abandonment of the B & b. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation.

Guests have access to the keys of the structure, and can come and go as they pleased.

On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated not later than 10:00 hours to allow workers to clean up.

The B & B accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to items of your property left in rooms and for damage to persons, animals or objects from third and so smooth.

Individuals can make their reservations online, by phone, by post or email or fax. sent a copy of identity document attached to the reservation. The B & B may accept reservations and confirm with timely opportunities.

We are not responsible for any problems caused by total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, phone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.

The B & B Al Duome-Este respects and protects your privacy in accordance with law 675/96 and of Legislative Decree n° 196 of 30 June 2003.

Cancellation

If the customer decides to cancel a reservation made with B & B Al Duomo Este must notify via email or telephone. In that case, you may apply the following policy:

  • -If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and refunded the payment.
  • -If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival will be charged 100% of the first night, and will be repaid the advance payment, the first night
  • In case of cancellation or changes made after this date or no show (no show) will be charged the full amount.
